Garmin Problem

It's probably been answered before, but I haven't seen it.

CUB bought a new unit in Feb. '11. This week it has started not working right. Turn it on, it picks up & triple blinks. After hunting awhile, when you leash the dog, It's not blinking just solid red light. Push to shut off & it WON'T, the light just stays on!!! Anything to fix local or does it need to be sent in!!! Take care, Ron.
