growling?

What do you do about a dog growling on the bench, when they get thier teeth an ears looked at?

i dont know much about bench showing but show them whos boss if you know what i mean.

You better get it corrected ASAP if you plan to show it. When I judge it gets disqualified and reported per the Bench show rules.

8. The Judge shall have the right to disqualify any
owner or handler for misconduct, or any dog for
growling, snapping or fighting. If a dog is disqualified
for growling, snapping or fighting, it must be
reported and sent along with the Bench Show
Report to UKC Detailed policy may be found in the
section “Scratched for Fighting”.

I carry plyers with me everyday and when I have a dog growling I whip them bad boys outs and give em a good lick across the nose most dogs learn pretty quick the ones that don't well let's just say me and my plyers help em learn the best we can LOL...

That's right! If your dog is doing this, please keep it OFF the bench! I don't want bit and you don't want your dog wrote up. I've had to write up 3 dogs so far in my 11 yrs. of being a BSJ.
