Dog Food Question

Why is it some dog food takes 6 cups for 60 lbs some take 4 and then feed like diamond only takes 2 cups for 60 lbs i know the cheaper the more you got to feed you go up to better feed the amount to feed goes down. Will 2 cup of diamond really be enough for a dog

Its all about the fillers and ingredients and how your dog absorbs the feed. unless the diamond is the diamond EA I dont know about the 2 cup amount. Feed what you want and can afford, I have fed livestock for many years so much corn goes in and a lot comes out the other end. Dogs are the same way. No matter how many get on here and swear that they feed so n so corn or cornmeal base feed and ol spot hardly leaves any cleanup. give me a break lol

One cup of feed might yield 155kg/cups (ME)
While another cup of feed will yield 422kg/cup. (ME)
Caloric density.
