could anybody out there help me figure out what is wrong with my DC 30 collar? the actual gps works great and picks other peoples collars up but my collar you can power it on it blinks but never gets signal i have updated it removed it from dog list on the gps and added it back it just wont get signal with the actual asrtro gps. please help if you can any advice or ideas be greatly appreciated .

Carefully take the screws out of the plate remove it from the collar, remove the 4 screws from the bottom and separate the unit exposing the battery. Disconnect the battery for 10 min then reassemble.. If you know how to run the updates then I would remove the map card and do a master reset on the hand held and re-enter your collars.. If none of that works, it may have a bad processor.... Best of luck

check the little wire that goes from the transmitter to the gps antenna on the dc 30 sometimes they come unpluged

are you sure your collar is not set on stop tracking.... go to the dogs page press menu , at the top it will say stop or start tracking .. if this dogs collar is tracking it should say stop tracking ...
