I've had the same question. I would like to hunt with someone who had one before buying one.

Tritronics Night Razor

I have been using the light since the August and have found the light to be very dependable, bright and light weight. I've accidentally dropped it twice onto concrete and it still worked like new. I hunt about 5 nights a week, so I've used it about 400 hours at night and it is so small and handy that I use it during the day on my job as well. It fits into your pocket and is always ready with the long life rechargeable battery.

Not impressed

I looked at the light at a booth tri tronics had set up at a sportsman show and I was not impressed my led mag light is just as bright and the light was all plastic and looked like a toy I thought it was very cheap made and looking but on a positive note the soft tri tronics hat was awesome its a low profile hat and has a very light and thin plastic liner inside I guess to support the weight of the head so it didnt collapse the hat but it was a great fit I would never buy another light besides a BOSS LIGHT they are built to last and the heads arent made out of plastic

We have alot of grape vines here I want the brightest light I can find for that. Plus river bottom trees can get up there high enuff some lights just don't do the job. Sometimes in the summer when the coon just don't look you need a light bright enuff to burn those leaves off! I like a tight beam too can't stand a wide flood light.

There both cordless lights that are not brighter then any cap light over $200 bucks, but one is 200 and one is 30. The 30 buck one may not last as long but I would say you want buy 200 bucks worth of them to out last the Razor.

I just don't see what the big deal is about this light not having a cord it is not the 1st and it is made to be on a cap. I mean if you can get a brighter light for 25 bucks more that is on a cap why would you want a Razor? PS I love my Tritronics
