Anyone Ever Had On A F 150 Ford

ANYONE EVER HAD THE TEFT LIGHT COME ON AND TRUCK WONT START I WAS DRIVING A LONG STOPED AT STORE AND WENT OUT AND TRUCK WILL SPEN OVER BUT TRUCK WONT START TEFT LIGHT JUST FLASHES HAD TO HAVE TOWED HOME ANY HELP APP.

David, try another key if you have one. If that doesnt work, it will have to go to dealer to be reprogramed.

i had same problem

disconecting battery is temp fix the problem is your wiring harness is to short ford f150 had this problem with alot of them cheep fix the year of mine is 2000 the guy that fixed mine said if keep unhooking battery it could screw up computer

yup take it to the dealer there is probably a recall on it you dont want to keep driving it what if you were on the highway and it just turned off

mine..

did that before....it's the pcm relay under the hood...it gets hot and won't read the key and won't allow the fuel pump to come on..it's a 12 dollar relay and looks just like the fuel pump relay in your fuse box UNDER THE HOOD....not the one under the dash.

also, I bet if you walk out there now and try it it'll fire up...when that relay cools down it goes back to working...
