at first when i seen it i thought it was a bobcat..then i started looking at it and i realized how long the body is. mtn lions are EXTREMELY uncommon around these parts but apparantly they are making a comeback

If you look real close that looks like the tail of a cougar. (Mountain lion)

bobcat

bobcat, pointy ears, lions are round. You can see the black spots also, although blurry.

I was thinking the same thing, but that tail looked big. Anyway cat or lion they can keep it there where ever it is. He's big enough to claw you in the back from behind. Lol

Bobcat...have personally caught one that pushed 35 lbs. Ears look like a bobcat to me.

Wish I could find a picture on another forum that the guy swore was a mountain lion, because it "looked big" on the game cam picture. It had a bob tail and you could see the spots on the inside of the legs.

That is a bobcat, no doubt about it. Ears aren't right for a mountain lion.

Personally I don't think it is all that big, I think it is due to it being so close to the camera that is making everyone overestimate it's size. Granted it is a big bobcat but nowhere close to mountain lion size.

Bobcat for sure. The ears give it away.
