2012 WV State Youth Hunt -- Sponsor a trophy!
The 2012 WV State Youth Championship is just 8 short months away and we'd like you're help to make this year another success. Trophies are the second biggest expense the club has for this youth hunt. With that in mind, we're looking for individuals, kennels, breed associations, coon clubs, state associations or businesses to sponsor a trophy/trophies. With your help our plan is to buy 19 trophies for the Nite Hunt, 24 for the Bench Show, 8 for the Water Race and 8 for the Field Trial for a total of 59. Obviously without help we will have to make some cuts but I'm pretty sure there's enough of you out there to make this happen. Sponsoring a Trophy will get your name on the bottom line of the trophy tag. Just remember space is limited!! Below you'll find the trophy list and the price for sponsoring each trophy. This will not be the total price of the trophy but you'll be helping us out tremendously!! Post on here which trophy you would like to sponsor and I'll put your name beside it so others know to pick another one. If you do go ahead and reserve the sponsorship of a trophy please pay promptly so you're not keeping someone else from the trophy they want!!!
