If I were to ballpark it I would say somewhere around 130-140#. The biggest thing is that I brainfarted in my measurement cause I got it from the dimensions of my diamond plate box and had it all put together and loaded it onto my truck when I thought man this dude is way too tall. Well duh, I measured the entire front of the box top to bottom, storage included. If I were going out and buying the lumber I wouldnt use 3/4 plywood, its just some I had in the way and found a way to get rid of it and still get some use from it also. What panels I used on it were all that was left from building my kennels and I saw no other use for it. Had about a 4' section of a single square run left after box was done so I didnt care about throwing it away. If I were to ever have to buy the stuff to build another I would probably go with 1/4-3/8 plywood and would still opt for the panels cause even when the wood is long gone the panels could be reused. I would frame it all with 2x2s instead of 2x4s and I wouldnt even bother putting a floor in it. If you cut some 45s about 6" from corner bracing front to side and back to side it aint going to twist up on you and hopefully I would remember to make it the 4" shorter like it should have been to begin with.
