i use a polaris sportsman 500 6x6 best coonhuntin buggy by far i hunt 3 dogs at a time 6x6, garmin, lot less walking only way to go

Heres my ride. Love it! We use it around the farm, feeding cows, hauling firewood, and training dogs. Best investment I ever made!
Had to get the Curtis Cab and had a dog box made for the back.

I got a 2011 500 Ranger EFI and I love it. It is made smaller than the Rhino's or the Ranger 800's so I can get it through the hills a lot better. I got 2 of the medium size pet taxi's in the back to haul dogs. It's like the Garmin in that now that I have it I don't know what I would do without it.

My Son and I hunted last night off of our 2011 Polaris Ranger 400.
Its a Small Size Side by Side.
Its excelent, and the hounds enjoyed getting a lift from drop to drop.
We hunted our New Hound Grand Nite Champion Grand Champion Bleedin Balls Slugger, The Bluetick, and our Half MT Cur Half Treeing Walker Tuff.
We turned them loose twice, and they showed us Two Coons.
I recomend the 400 its slimmer than the full size Ranger, has plenty of power, and can fit in the back of a full size long bed pickup truck. With the Hounds in the back it rides smooth and dosnt try to throw them out.
Also a special thanks goes out to CA MC Kenley for selling us this nice hound. We love him.

I've had a 700 xp for a while now, keep it up north and run the 2 tracks with it. Like you guys say it's not for running thru the woods but beats the truck and just fun for a couple old folks to cruise around in. I laid it over on it's side in a deep wash out one night by myself and 4 dogs in the back. Except for the excitement it didn't hurt anything. 1 year later Laurie did the same thing in the same place, guess she didn't believe me. LOL There stable but it can be done.

I use it to coon hunt out of and deer hunt along with farm chores. You are right that it doesn't get around in tight spaces real good, but we are flat and pretty open around here and it does great

I hunt off a Polaris 500. I've been thinking about getting a UTV because of the cab. I only use mine in the winter. Sure would be nice to have something to sit inside of when cruising down the rivers.
