Anyone deal w/ Wildlife Materials Service Department?

Just wondering who on here has dealt with Wildlife Materials service dept. What was your experience? I guess if you had a bad experience you may need to pm me so the thread will not get deleted. $60 just to give you an estimate. Looks like a win win for Wildlife Materials in my opinion. Please let me know how you guys have fared and thanks in advance.

We sold ALL of our WM equip due to customer service. When your equip goes does you need it fixed and back out asap not 6 months later. Wont get into detail other than that. And that was our experience. Not saying everyones is the same. And yes $60 just to give you an estimate is a bit much if you ask me.

i have thier product for 27 years, have not had to deal with the service but twice. once to have my 6 repaired once best i can remember it cost me around $ 100.00 and once when when they told me that they did not repair the 6 any more.

never asked them for an estimate. the time they repaired the 6 took them about two weeks to get it back, on the second time took about a week with a good trade in allowance.

no complaints from me.
