Someone I know has a UKC litter registered dog, but the deadline has passed for him to permanently register it. He would like to permanently register the dog now, so I told him that there was a form by which he could "reactivate" the registration slip. Neither of us are completely clear on how it works, though. What we are assuming is that there is a $20. charge to re-establish the record, on top of the $16. to register his dog. Is this correct?
