Hi,

I have a dog that is registered under, the "and" status with a co-owner. In order to change the name will I need to first send the pedigree to the co-owner to sign off as well or do you only require one signature for the name change?

We do not require any signatures for the name change, as long as we are not changing any other information. Just complete the "Change dog's name here" portion of the Registration Certificate, then send the entire Certificate to us along with $20.00. Remember: if a dog has a title or has produced a litter, we will no longer change any part of the dog's name.
