If you are having a problem getting ahold of Mary that is, more than likely your product you ordered is not done and she will have your # memorized and will not answer. They have an absolute great product but mary is just not helpful. I bought a light which I might add is a darn good one, and a pair of boots, took a long time to get them 2 months!!!!!! ordered a second pair the day I recieved my order and 3 months later I called cancelled and got my money back. Product good, service wow is all I can say.

Great product... However customer service sucks been trying to get ahold of them for 18 months to get a light fixed and order from them... I am done going with a new company. One that cares about their customers
