I returned to court today for a jury trial over my dog being shot in March by my neighorber while I was hunting.The jury found him GUILTY of ANIMAL CRUELTY 2nd DEGREE and fined him $500 and made him pay for my tracking collar and medicine I gave him.We sat there in the court room for 7 hours but in the end it paid off.Thank u COMMONWEALTH OF KY and the County Attorney.Thanks again for my 2 witness's also.

Why the tracking collar, did it get shot, what about suffering and damage? Will there be a civil lawsuit?

My Prosecutor here in Hendricks county made the man that shot my dog pay for my dog of $9508.50 and put him on a years probation. This happened this past year.

My dog lived but was covered with buckshot from head to tail.The collar was ruined also.I'am glad to see that this will be on his record .Thank u

Oh yeah you have got to file a civil lawsuit!!! Any attorney will take this for 20 percent. Pain Suffering ect...
