Growin up in the BLUE RIDGE MTS OF VA. bluegrass music and coon huntin are just a part of life. One of the first bluegrass songs I ever can remember hearin was Jimmy Martins RUN PETE RUN, about his half black & tan half walker hound that he was so proud of. He had many other hits too many to name, but this song made me proud too be a southern boy and a coon hunter. Please check out YOUTUBEs RUN PETE RUN JIMMY MARTIN, its real good. REST IN PEACE JIMMY, HEAVENS GOT A GREAT HIGH TENOR.
