ID numbers are crucial
One night I had mine number on 15 and my buddy had his on 5. They were interferring. I went to the program to change my ID number on my collar. It would not let me use 25, 35, or 45. The manual lists four different frequencies that the collars may use. I have not heard it directly, but my thinking is the first 10 numbers is one frequency, the second 10 is on the second and so fourth up to 49. Then the last digit is the actual code to distinguish the individual collar. Like I say, that may not be the case, but.....
