save your money,,
remove the coyotes and you should see an increase ..

i think someone thined them down around here but not enough and now add insult to injury ,i was told we have at least 5 full grown bobcats seen in a field ,,must been a family,,,dont know how long the kittens stay with momma ,wont be long if i see them first..

Some people buy San Juan rabbits and turn them loose.

I agree with Wild Bill. You'd just be feeding the Yotes, Foxes and Cats. Not many rabbits around here. Lots of yotes Bobcats and Foxes.

Rabbit populations tend to run in a cycle, they might just be on the low end. Try thinning out some predators. You can improve their habitat by building more spots for them to hide and keep them safe. Small brush piles or a couple of 5' pieces of field tile laying down with some brush over them. They can hide good and nothing can get to them. Get rid of some coyotes and "discourage" hawks from being in the area. Released rabbits turn feral very quickly and will start to breed. Try some smaller females your wild males will find them, or turn them loose already bred.

make some brush piles so the rabbits have a place to hide and get away from the yotes ,fox ,hawks and owls and cats[ a rabbit ain't got a friend in this world...everything is trying to eat his ass]...and they will repopulate on their own...I lay down a 6 inch piece of plastic pcv pipe 6 to 10 feet long then make the brush pile on top of it.....
