I would recommend going with Hi-Standard dog food for several reasons. Hi-Standard is 90% digest-able and you feed about 1 1/2 cups less than you most other dog foods. Hi-Standard is also made fresh. It is made about 2 days prior before your distributor gets it. It does not set around a warehouse get old and moldy. When you feed less per day you save yourself lots of money and you get a lot less stool to clean up. The stools are solid. I do recommend mixing your old dog food for about 2 weeks to transition your dogs over. The dogs coats are super shiny with that omega 3 and the omega 6 builds their immune system. You get a lot less shedding. Healthy immune system equals stronger dog for hunting. I have been feeding it for about 2 years now and my vet has asked me to bring her samples of it because my dogs look great. Just my opinion for you. It is made in St. Mary's Ohio. I pay about $24.00 per bag here in MN unless you buy it by the pallet than you can get for $22.00. Probably a little cheaper out there for you.

I have fed pride performance series for a few years. The orange bag is 26/20 i feed in the winter and the lime green is 21/17 i think and i feed it in the summer. 2 1/2 to 3 cups max, on hounds 55 to 70 pounds. They eat it right up and have good stool. Around here 21 dollars a bag for 50 pounds.
