Dallas I think your talking about Joe jankas. I might not have spelled it right but I think he advertises in full cry. I think what he does for 250 per week is you can come out and he gives you a place to stay and a bait site or two to run your dogs. In my oppion that is a good deal.

I have a good friend that lives in Catawba he will take some people during training season, I don't know what he charges for a full week but he has a bunch of bear and there is good road access and you won't find nicer people to hunt with.
