Beware Of Tracker

Just sent my tracker off to have the antenna put back on and Tracker charges $50.00 an hour labor. The antenna was not broke and just needed to be put back on the system. When I talked to Tracker and advised them how crazy that was they informed that this was a cheap fix.

Just a little info for the common working man, Tracker is not for the everyday working class. Not wanting nothing free just fair and this is crap. Also when the lady from Tracker told me this was a quick fix I asked her what if it took longer and she stated " it is sometimes cheaper to buy a new one" now look at the big picture before you buy or send off your Tracker.

I just sent one of my strike collars back to them to have a full service because it was acting up. It cost me 53 dollars for this and it included a new antenna, new battery, new end cap and a new magnet. Sounds like they ripped you off.

Didn't Tracker get bought out not long ago? It doesn't matter, I've never been a fan of Tracker. I just got in some new Tracker Flashlights and a few have already been returned because they didn't work.

Buy a garmin and you will never use a beep beep tracker of any kind ever again.

Those are Adventure Lights.........not made my Tracker -- All Tracker did with them was add the black rubber collar attachment.

Sent my tracker in a week and a half ago. From talking with them I'd have to say the great customer service of the past and quick turn around is a thing of the past. Sure hope I'm wrong.

The garmins are nice but not the answer to everything just yet. They need more channels to choose from so us deer dog hunters can use them.

I saw that several months ago. They also sell the attachments for the dog collar.
