I would think it would have to do with their overall contribution to their breed and coonhunting in general.

Contribution to their breed that dominates generation after generation to the betterment of the breed not based on jealosy or political or whatever i wish the other breeds could vote they remember the competion we walker breeders must work together to improve this breed not be jealous but my vote will b mundo jr and old tammy LITTLE WALNUT KENNELS
