Dog Food ?

I feed Black Gold 28/18 feed my hounds about 5 cups oonce a day, they look awful skinny, to me, they are up to date on shots and worming. Haven't hunted much lately because of the deer seasons! Was thinking of feeding about 3 cups each twice a day, whats your opinions and thoughts and what are you all doing? THANKS IN ADVANCE AND HAPPY AND SAFE HOLIDAYS

Give Hi-Standard a shot, you will be glad that you did. I recently won a bag of the Joy 24-20 and I had to give it away. Maybe just a bad bag, but it scoured my dogs terribly. I have heard some good comments, but i had bad luck with the Joy.

Chuck Cooper and Diana Vater dogs love the food and so does mine.

Just now able to get it down here, was feeding Red Flannel Active. I mixed the feed to change over feeds. My dogs pushed the Red Flannel out of their bowls and ate the Enhance Hunter's Edge first. My dogs are looking better now and their stools are firm.

One of the reasons I wanted to try Enhance is this.
ALL INGREDIENTS ARE PRODUCED IN THE U.S.A. !
The feed is manufactored in Arkansas by AMERICANS! The largest dog feed co. is owned by Nestle' out of Switzerland.

Support the U.S.A. and buy products made by Americans, using American sources! I pay $23.50, 7% tax included, for a 50# bag of Hunter's Edge 24/18. The kibble is small and I really like this feed so far. Here is a link to the Enhance website http://www.arkat.com/enhancehunter.html

one of the biggest debates on here, dog food question!
I use Purina dog chow and have for years. My dogs do well on it.
If I could afford Purina Pro Plan I would be using it.
I pay 19 per 44 lb bag at walmart.

Feed Hi-Standard dog food best on the market. Go to Hi-Standarddogfood.com and find a distributor in your area. You will be surprised on how your dogs will look and hunt on even less dog food than what you are feeding now.
