Only Semi-auto shotguns plugged to 3 rounds total. 2 in the mag one in the pipe, no semi rifles or handguns for anything....yet. They are trying to get it passed to use semi-rifles for predator/furbearer hunting.

.22 mag is OK. No sights that project a beam on target, red dot OK laser not.

No laser sights in Pa. I would be afraid of bullet travel with a 22 mag. Depends on the area of Pa. Where in Pa? Only center fire cartridges are permitted on deer....no rimfire. There aren't too many places in western Pa that I would be comfortable shooting a coon with a 22 mag.
