Thanksgiving Bear
HAPPY THANKSGIVING ALL
We're back from treeing one, and getting ready to head off and do dinner with the family. Thought I'd share for those of you that didn't get to take the dogs out today.
Started off slow. Finally managed to get one goin and got everyone turned in. They were just grinding it out, not doin anything to exciting, barkin here and there. We realized after a bit Aspen had snuck out on us and was gone. It also came apparent that some of our more warmblooded dogs didn't want to stick around and help out - don't know what they decided to run (each other, deer, the list could go on) but they got picked up early headed a different way.
Aspen and one other dog managed to pull thru and get parked. Was about an hour and a half race start to finnish. Flat, short, brushy walk. Not the best tree for pics.
Nice bright red bear.
