#1.W101-820 Sent for papers in my name,got a letter saying need more info.Her color is the same as on her original papers I sent in.Date of purchase is 15 Oct.09,papers were signed by the seller.I need my papers.

#2 Paper for W131,389,say he is only litter nominated for the performance program.The $25.00's was sent,why is he only litter nominated?

I sent for 3 sets of papers,change of owner on Reds L'il Miss Carly,#101,820,change of owner on Finn's Muddy Creek Sage,#U523,423,permanent papers on Meat Head,#W131,389.

I sent 2 $25.00 certificates won by my Zues dog,a $14.00 money order and 3 $3.00 off coupons.Should be $13.00 each to register 3,$25.00 to pay Meat Head up.Total of $64.00,right? 2 X 25 =50 + 14 =64.Don't see where the problem is.Last time I sent for 4 sets of papers,3 were returned registered in the wrong names.

It was in the 1st post.I leave for work before daylight,lucky to be home by midnight.Don't own a cell phone,sorta like a GPS for people.

What's the problem with the rewards certificate?Letter says I own $9.00 more for performance fees on Meat head.Will I get verification of some kind that he's performance paid when I send the 9.00?

For W101-820: We have the Purchase Date information, but what we need is a signed statement from the previous owner verifying that the purchase date you gave us is correct. That is why we asked you to put the date on that letter, then get the previous owner to sign the letter. We can accept the purchase date via this message board, but we still need a signed statement from the previous owner stating the date they sold you the dog.

The Certificates you sent in to us do not cover fees needed for the Perfomance Program. (The certificates state this information on them) So we applied your fees, coupons, and certificates the best we could, but we still need the additional fee. When you send the additional fee to us, make a note on the letter we sent to you stating that you would like a letter stating that this dog is now in the Performance Program and we'll be happy to send that to you.
