performance rewards program ???

i've got a gog that's ukc registered but i haven't sent in the puppy papers, can he be in the performance rewards program?

If his sire is a performance sire. If he is and the litter was paid up it will have performance program eligable on his puppy papers. If it doesnt he sire may still be a pp sire but the litter wasnt paid up. If that was the case you could have the litter paid up and then pay your pup up. But if the sire isnt then no.

this dog's over a year old and it's litter wasn't paid up but i know the sire was... is it too late to pay up the litter?

You would have to nominate the litter. You have till the dog is 2 to nominate it. If its younger than 18 months cost $100 older than 18 months but before 24 months $200.
