Ok, I dont know what to think now.....

I had those two females that were showin to be bred....now the 18 month old has drawn back up in the tits, and isnt showin anything, yet the other female is starting to belly down, and definitely looks bred, as well as her milk bag droppin.....what woudl cause a dog to drop in the milk glands, then tighten up? So I may only have one litter on my hands, the one I wanted in the first place
I am confused now, lol.......

That's just a false pregnancy - body goes through all the motions of preparing to give birth even though they are not pregnant. Some dogs will even adopt shoes or toys and such and make a nest for them and guard them like they are their "pups".
