Yall tonight done it.My son and my nephew were messing around.I replaced the toilet.So them being kids.Set it out in the front yard.And sat on it.Waved at people coming by my house.So the cops get called.and they threaten to take them to juvinile hall for joking around.I see it as kids will be kids.And I see it as not being a problem.Who thinks this would be a problem?A deputy sheriff stopped.And got a laugh.And told them he was glad they were not out getting in trouble.But it is the city police department that threatened them.

Its sad that the world is like it is now days. People finding anything and everything to complain about. Funny thing half the people complaining probably did ten times worse when they were kids now they found morals lol. I remember when we were kids we be out hunting till 2 or 3 in the morning and we started getting harassed by the law but my grandpa and my uncle were sheriffs and well they told the rest of the so called law enforcment if were causing problems then haul are butts in but if were hunting leave us the heck alone. But that is funny.

We just had a lady stop with her 2 children.They are older folk.And the mother is 81.They stopped and took a picture of it.Well she got a laugh.And gave me a laugh.So I guess it made someones day.

well...i don't know about where you are, but ole smarta** cop would have had a very hard time taking my kids anywhere. oh yes..he..well not just he, he would have needed some help, could lock me up first, but where i am from, he would surely loose that badge he likes so well. no judge or jury here would convict. the city fore fathers would run him off so fast he would wonder what happened. the cop in question here is a disgrace to the profession...public servant? no mopre like a public nucisense. his kind always get what they have coming. keep your toilet out, he'll want to see it again soon...and you can flush him down with the rest of his crap.

I have heard it all now, and to think that lousy chief was taking up for this nut. oh yes...obama will likey praise this one. he racially slurred the last one that was doing a good job, so one can only think he will praise one that isn't. jmo

Reminds me of something I did when I was a kid. Had a summer job worinking construction and we were remodeling a place and took a toilet out. After work we threw it in the back of my borther's pickup and I sat on it and "read" a magazine all the way through town. Got a lot of laughs. Only difference is I had cops laughing at me instead of trying to lock me up.

OK OK, I have to confess! This story is not completely true. I wasn't a kid when this happened. I did it in my fulltime current job when I was 28 years old! You got me!

Are all your city police wound so tight? Sounds like your sheriff deputy is a better judge of what to enjoy and what to drop a hammer on. I would call the city police chief or patrol supervisor and ask him if it is regular policy for their patrol staff to threaten kids with being hauled to the juvenile unit? My guess is that Officer Dip Wit is way over the line with the bosses. They may need to hear from you in case they have a stinker they need to move out of a job. There's plenty of straight thinkers looking for good police jobs. No sense keeping a nut job.
