My female just came in heat today and I won't be able to hunt her on Saturday as planned. What do I need to do to cancel my entry and get a refund? I was supposed to guide a cast on Saturday out of Van Buren but I won't be guiding since I can't hunt her.

I will still guide on Friday as planned, though.

Her name is Holding's Little Roxanne (UKC #U510,311); entry No. 123.

Well, to cancel, you just don't confirm her entry the day you were supposed to hunt. Because you had a guaranteed entry, there is no refund. You may substitute another dog that is registered in your name. I'd like to see you hunt something else but if you don't have anything, we should be able to replace you with another hunting guide off the wait list. Good luck on Friday.
