litter ?

we had a litter of walkers,all died at birth but 1.do i put anythindownfor# of males or leave blank? also i am the owner of the dam and my son is the owner of sire and we want to put the pup in both our names, do i fill out step 4 of the litter reg. appl.

Even though there is only 1 pup in the litter that lived, you still need to indicate the total number of Male & Female pups in the litter. So you would just put a 1 for number of Male pups. For number of Female pups, you can either put 0 or just leave it blank.

For step 4: If you want the litter to be registered in both of your names, then complete step 4. Otherwise, just mark NO for the question at the top of step 4 and leave the rest of step 4 blank.

If you and your son are going to permanently register this pup, then you'll need to complete step 5 of the litter application.
