Not positive about the Diamond box but most dog boxes I've seen the whole lock can be replaced for under $10 at most hardware stores, there is a nut on the back side , just unscrew and take the old one with you.

Just call up Diamond Deluxe and ask them to send you a key. I lost mine for my Owens and they sent me one for free. Its worth a try if not free I can't belive it would be over 5 bucks.
