This is the only thing I could find.
After the first three minutes of the hunt, for failing to make any attempt to hunt within any continuous five minutes of the hunt.
I had this explained to me when in a hunt. One dog was put on clock for not hunting. Another dog came in and was also put on the clock, also. The first dogs time was up, but he handler was not allowed to pick his dog up due to other dogs time not up yet. The judge said it would be interference with other dog on clock.
If first handler would have leashed his dog and headed to truck and other dog followed, he would have to be taken off the clock.
I agree this rule needs more clarifaction.
