Litter Registration
I am having some issues and need some guidance on a litter registration. The parents of the litter are BMK's Lil Brother Bear owned by Elizabeth Beckius or Eric Jones and Nitro's Cemetary Girl owned by Jessica Luce and Dustin Luce.
They were bred naturally on January 3rd, 5th and 6th. Pups were born on March 6th, two males.
I sent BMK's Lil Brother Bear temporarypaperwork to be permanently registered on January 5th. Now, I bred this dog and his mother was coowned between me and Alvin Roque. So Alvin had signed his temporary registration when he recieved his puppy form that litter. Now for whatever reason, he didn't put a date where it says to date it for the date the dog is being sold. Anyways, for whatever reason, when I sent in his paperwork, I put the date I sent them in rather than the date Alvin signed them.
I have been trying to get ahold of Alvin since we got the letter in the mail saying his signature was required (after I called and talked to someone at the registration department, because I didn't know what had happened, since Alvin is not on his permanent paperwork). I haven't been able to reach him, as his number has changed, and the people I know, who know him, have said they haven't talked to him in awhile either. E-mails get sent back to me.
I am wondering if I can do anything else about this, to get these pups registered?
