please ukc?can spectator on cast or visitor at a ukc event

file a formal complaint or just participants in the events?......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please ukc GIVE AN ANSWER PLEASE!!!!!!!!

According to rule 14, a Formal Complaint can only be filed by the handler or the dogs owner.

I believe a Misconduct Complaint can be filed by anyone.

i was wondering for different situations

a few of them i was a nonhunting guide,,, on one a guy (h.judge) who is supposedly reputablle? was shining his dogs tree which was a close split and the shining time was yet started for his actually he just started it for the others..........another the minuseed a dog for coming in and it was open trailing right just about up the lane to us, it turned up and kept going on a game trail this (h. judge was the father of the previous case) both times they had young and/or new hunters!!! on another the first h/judge wanted to lift a cast member up into a den tree............another couple situations the guys were plusing and circling leafless trees i have had some of these bad situations when i rode along to some hunts to walk with some other peoples kids so that they could hunt there dogs and dad/mom could hunt his/hers .......this questionm is just for public attention to these types of situtions if others have encountered them and so if i volunteer my time again and not to just waste it!!!!!!!!

A spectator could file a misconduct report but only an owner or handler of a dog entered in the event can file a formal complaint.

Hey hello

I have had all the above happen in hunts. But all you need to do is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only take a Dog to a hunt that is ready.
Call what your dog is doing and not worry about the others unless they are cheating. If so then bring it to there attension and solve the problem in the woods. Never bring it back to the club house. You don't need your dog to win in a question markd situation.
Then remember that if your dog is good he will win the next hunt and don't worry about the last one. The people there knows what dog was realy the best dog in the cast.
