We all have probably known a good tease. I have had bosses tease me with a raise. I have had co-workers tease me with the promise of donuts. I have even had dogs tease me with the notion they actually might be something special, but the tease that Mother Nature is doing to us here in Michigan this week ... well ... it is just plain wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here it is the middle of March and it is sunny with 60's forecasted for today!

Now, I appreciate nice weather as much as the next guy, but I also know that Michigan has the 45th parallel running through it too! Now, it is just a matter of time before we get hit with a frigid jet stream from the Artic for even considering that spring may be around the corner.

By the way, the boys and I am enjoying this weather by running an open water beaver line. The only thing we snagged so far is my thumb in a 330, but boy is it nice being out in the woods. We actually got to see a bald eagle Sunday afternoon.

Mother Nature has been doing her share of teasing here also...A little over a week ago, we had several days of climbing temps. The highs for 2 days in a row were in the lower 80's. Then BAM !!
We get up to a minor freezing rain and sleet for 2 more days..It was bad enough that it had all of the trees iced over and roads slicked over. Followed by cold rain all the way up through this past weekend !! Today is already starting off wonderful...It's not even 10am and I am wearing a t-shirt while feeding this morning !!

I love the way she lets us know that she has FULL CONTROL !!

Same weather here. I figure the good lord is just throwing Al Gore a bone. Giving him fuel for another couple years worth of high paid lectures on global warming.
