Has anyone ever sent anything to Tracker to be worked on since they moved to Idaho? I need to get my maxima worked on and just was wandering if anyone had any experience.

I sent 2 strike collars in to be fixed, and they ended up having to be replaced.
But they were pretty quick on getting them back, and the whole transaction went smooth, I thought.
