Cod liver oil, teaspoon a day per pup within a week or two you will see dramatic results.

I had one with this once. The vet said that the concrete kennel was causing the problem. We moved the pup to grass and gave calcium pills for about 2 or 3 weeks. Pup turned out fine and we have raised pups since on concrete and never had any problems. So I don't know if the kennel was the cause or not.

Puppies with "rickets" usually grow out of it--- as long as you have them on a GOOD quality large breed puppy food.

Rickets

I've always had good luck with Cod Liver Oil and powdered goat milk.

Rickets...

... is a Vitamin D deficiency. We get Vit D from the SUN during certain times of year and from some foods(and supplements) like COD LIVER OIL. If you don't have enough Vit. D it effects your ability to absorb calcium and makes for weak bones. It is really kind of painful... as I found out a couple years ago... when I got seriously ill with a Vit D deficiency and the adult human form of Rickets! It is real easy to fix though by using cod liver oil or whatever form of vit. D the vet gives you. You can't JUST give Calcium since the body can't absorb it without the correct levels of Vit D.
Good luck, lots of pups get it and get over it totally!

Had a pup that looked like it had rickets, took it to the vet and he said get it on a crappy dog food for a little while and it will straighten out. I did and the pup got right as rain. It may not be rickets, but a reaction from to high a protein dog food. This pup was outside in sun light, so it wasn't a vitamin problem. It was the dog food I was feeding it. Fed it Dad's Econ o mets for about 3 weeks and the pup out grew the bowed out legs.

Just curious, what are you feeding?

I have had two pups get ricket, I gave them some calcium tablets and they straightened right up.
