i had one do the same thing they sent me a new battery and it did not fix it so just send it back in and they will replace it..

Dc 20 is crap for the most part..Probably got some kind of water leak..The dc 30 is a much better built collar!

DC-20

I HAD ONE DO THE SAME THING LAST YEAR,IT GOT WET INSIDE.

I TOOK IT APART AND USED A HAIR DRYER TO DRY IT....FIXED IT....
BUT THE DC-30 IS A MUCH BETTER COLLAR!

i had one and if you press the button too hard on the dc 20 it will break inside somehown i called garmin and sent my collar in and they sent me a brand new dc 20 last year. now i have the dc30's not had a problem yet.
