Coonhounds & Golf ?

I have gotten myself into a situation where I will be moving from a somewhat seclueded area to a neighboring golf course, but I'm taking my hounds with me. My wife cringes everytime she thinks of my hounds barking and the complaints where going to experience. What I would like from whoever is some ideas on sound proofing kennels? Or how to make this experience a good one?

Todd,

Your moving to the golf course? The solution is that you will have no time to coonhunt, only play golf.lol

I live on the edge of the golf course and have a kennel full of dogs. I have kept as many as up to 12 running walkers here at one time. The only time mine bark is when somebody comes into the yard. Living on the edge of the golf course is where I came up with back nine kennels.

PUT BLINDERS UP SUCH AS PLYWOOD WHERE THE DOGS CANT SEE THE GOLF COARSE. IF THE DOGS CANT SEE THE PEOPLE THEY WONT BARK AS MUCH.

has anyone tried the high frequency kennel silencers.its a big box looks like a sub stereo box. when a dogs barks it ommites a high frequncy that only dogs can here. they are couple hundred bucks but it should take care of all the dogs in the kennel and the neighbors too?

bark collars

I never have been sold on this idea, have always had concerns on whether or not they would mess with dogs hunting abilty, such as not barking when they should etc....

Does anyone have a kennel that is 100% enclosed?
