i just got off the phone with garmin, i have 3 dc 20 that are junk as we all know. they said i could send them back in with a 100 each and get dc 30's . now i am not the smartest guy in the world but if my math is right i gave 200 each for the dc 20 add a 100 to get the dc 30 now i have 300 in a dc 30 that a can buy new for 185. hummmmmmmmmm.

I love my garmin but really wish one of the other tracker folks would have came out with it!!! They would surely have better customer service!!

Is it $100 per dc20?
I thought you only get a $50 rebate?

no no you are not getting it yes there is a 50 rebate good till if post mark by jan 31. if you buy a new dc30. but i was told as of today they will take your old dc 20 plus a 100 bucks and send you a new dc30. so at that rate 200 for the dc20 plus the 100 bucks exchange =300 for the dc30 that sells for 185 out right

I couldn't agree more that is a very bad deal. they definitely should go out of their way to work with you, after all you went out of your way to buy them in the first place before they had them perfected evidently
