Yes they are ! Doc and an older female of Dan's, Moonshine. she is not a comp type hound but is just a good old coon dog that can get it done, consistantly.
Moonie has alot of old blood in her up close and double and triple time.
There was 7 pups 2 left here but are close enough to keep tabs on and work with.
Dan has kept ( left to right )Dolly, Spell, and I decided Ghost was staying here also he is mine ! . Big Betty and Molly are sold and will stay here to get started.
Spell and Molly are Doc and his sister Annie made over. Betty and Ghost seem to favor the old time utchman hounds the other 3 favor the countyline blue dogs, which is what Dan had before.
I hope they all make good coon hounds. Right now there is not a one that will stay under your feet. They get cut loose in the woods alot and get gone nose on the ground. They all seem to have tree sence too ! May just be chipmunks and squirrles but they got alot of time yet!
One thing we did get right on this cross is the mouth ! They are loud!
