I got an awsome little Ntch walker female that I truly enjoy hunting, but now I can't get her broke off bear long enough to tree a dang coon, any ideas???

I don't want to sell her, but I may be forced to if I can't get her broke. I have tried shocking, switching, and even a slap or two..

help!

If your dog is that crazy about Bears, and you cant even shock her off one, you need to give up, and use her as a Bear Dog.
She is not a Coondog, she is a Bear Dog!!!

oh I can shock her once or twice and get her to stop, and come back, but the next night she does the same **** thing!

She loves bear, either hunt her where there are no bear or turn her into a bear dog. Dogs that are good on bear start at $1,500.00 and go up fast!

where would you hunt her.break them push the buton and hold it dowen when she trees a coon shoot it out to her she will learn.if you wount somthing you got to train 4 it dont give up on her.training and breaking them is wat makes it fun and gets you to go the next night.good luck with her...PS COON DOGS ARE PRICLESS BECALS THERE IS NOT MANEY OF THEM EATHER

you guys must Tons!! of bear seems like almost all your dogs have to be broke off them....umm... if shocking collar doesnt work you can try the hot wire trick i dont like doing that tho my uncle and grand father used it for years they swear by it . Hows your coon season shapeing up ?

IT SOUNDS LIKE SHE PREFERS BEAR OVER COONS TO ME.

SKEETER STARTED OUT SLAMMING COONS, THEN SHE FOUND A BLACK FUZZY THING ONE NIGHT, AND IT WAS ALL OVER WITH BUT THE CRYING.

NOW, SHE'S HE!! ON A BEAR! YOU CAN COON HUNT HER, BUT IF SHE SMELLS A BEAR CLOSE, SHE'S GOING AFTER IT. POINT BLANK.

A DOG THAT IS A BORN AND BRED BEAR DOG YOU CANNOT BREAK. JUST LIKE THOSE BORN AND BRED COON DOGS.

YOU CANT BREAK NATURAL ABILITY.
