Snake!!!!

I have walked all through the woods this summer chasing hounds and have not hasd the first encounter with MR. No Shoulders. And then today I was at work measuring a house that had weeds grown up around the sides and the back, I bent down to pick up my measuring tape and there he was Mr. No Shoulders in the flesh. I dont like it when I am that close to one and dont know that it is there.

Your lucky not to have seen any hunting. They are bad here this year. I have killed plenty copperheads while hunting and had one of my dogs get bit.

I did not get a good look at the snake. I just saw portion of thee body (no head or tail) after catching up on my snake identifying I believe it to be either an eastern diamond back rattler or a copperhead. It was a brownish color with a diamond pattern on its back.

This was in a rural neighborhood. If the neighbors had not been at home he would have gotten introduced to MR. 12 ga.
