It is Monday afternoon and I am still trying to catch up on some rest, after the long weekend in Portland, Indiana. I just want to again thank the Limberlost Coon Hunters Club and all the satelite clubs for the hard work to make this event a HUGE success. In the three nights we hunted over 600 dogs and not one question came in at all, THIS IS TRUE SPORTSMANSHIP and each and everyone of you are to be commended. I personally want to Congratulate Scott Engle and Russ Bellar for the win with Big D and Joe & Tammy Newlin for the Opposite Sex winner, along with everyone else that placed in the hunt and bench shows. After coming home from a event like this, I can hardly wait until next year. 2009 Walker Days will be at Cadiz, Kentucky. Alan Kalal

alan you are right it was a long weekend i would like to thank the judges and guides they done a great job and all the walker directors and the hosting club everyone did a fabolis job makeing the 50 th annual walker days a sucess thanks to everone iam looking foward to next year

Thanks to everyone involved with putting this hunt on, the twbfa, the limberlost chc and everyone else involved. I'd say they were about the 2 easiest/hassle free casts i've ever Judged. A very smoothly ran event.
