I am interested in hearing anything anybody has to say about this dog. He is my pups great grandfather and heard he was a heck of a dog but want other peoples opinions.

I quit coonhunting from 1985 untill 1993. When I did get back into it, my dad kept telling me about wanting to breed to Slife's Rambo. Ofcourse I had never heard of him, I hadnt picked up a coonhuntn book in 8 years, so dad went to Miss. and bred a gip to him in 92 and she didnt take, and she only came in once a year so I waited a whole year and while I waited I talked to everybody I could find that hunted with him. I never found not one person that said anything bad about him! We had to go to Okla. to breed the second time and left the female their for a week. We also bought a female out of Rambo and bred her to Roger's Little Mack and that is where I got my Arkie dog. Rambo kept winning hunts right up untill he died at about 10 years old.( heartworms got him)

Geting ready for some pups that are going to have him 3 times Hawk 4 and on and on.Their papers will only have three nite ch on them a sister to Rambo II.smileys rock ann and my Bo Bo dog witch will be dual grand soon the rest is grandnite. How bot that for Rambo breeding.
