 Sportsmanship

I was wondering about your input on sportsmanship. Who has better or worse sportsmanship adults or youth. Also what do you consider to be good and poor sportsmanship. What are your experiences with good and poor sportsmanship. How do you think the sport can be improved by practicing good sportsmanship?
