What are we going to do? Im in Panick mode. Think we could get Tubby to come back? What about some of you that are Fans of other Teams, could you all give us some suggestions on how to deal with being a Pitiful Team, and how do you all deal with it every other year? LOL

Well, we for sure don't want Pitino back. Look what is going on with the Cards.

tubby was a joke and this new coach has tubbys left overs give the man a break couple years he may be able to rebuild our basketball program and pitino done good for kentucky he was a joke in the nba lmao he has done a heck of a lot more with cards than tubby ever done with ky well he done pretty decent with pitinos team he left behind but after they were gone ky went straight down hill that is my point of view and i do think the new guy will be able to create a winning franchise i guess we will see in the next couple years.

Dont tell me you are giving up on your team. The year i started pulling for UCLA they sucked bad that year, then won the national championship the next. I figure ya'll will be pretty good in a couple of years with the new recruits coming in. Just be patient....lol

gillespie i dont beleive has a contract yet and i personelly dont see kentucky keeping him very long, as far as the tubby bashing Take a look at his record at Minnesota 6-1 hmmm

When Minnesota has to rely on the players he recruits they will be the same as KY. is now. Good technical coach, but needs to leave the recruiting to someone else.

Tubby got while the getting was good. He knew what he had coming back and left before he had to coach this team through another season. The only thing wrong with Kentucky right now is talent. Jodie Meeks and Patrick Patterson are the only two above average college players we have. Bradley and Crawford are O.K. at times but way too inconsistent and really not that good. If you look at some of the other guys we have playing right now its a joke. Michael Porter, bless his heart, he hustles and tries but he just isn't good enough to be starting on any SEC team, not just Kentucky. Same goes for Mark Coury. This team is also very young, aside from Bradley and Crawford we are playing all freshmen and sophomores, and Meeks being the only sophomore that played any important minutes last year. This is just going to be a year that Kentucky fans will have to bare through and look forward to the better days ahead when Gillispie gets some of his recruits in there. Look for us again in 2009.

Lets not forget that we are on a 4 game loosing streak, which is the second longest in UK basketball history.

The longest loosing streak is 5 games and that was the '89-'90 season, which if you all recall was Pitino's first season at UK... just ride the waves, the storm will pass!
