Found in Rush county. She was found upside down hanging by her leg in a barbed wire fence. Had a collar but the name plate was missing. No tracking collar or shock collar was on her. The vet had to remove her leg. The family that found her said they were going to try coon hunting with her if she was not claimed by owners. Looks to be about 2-4 years old. They found her about 3 weeks ago.
