We run over 50,000 gal a year. The only problems there will be are two.

one. at some point and time you will develop an Alge in your tank, this will begin plugging filters and creat significant loss of pwer in your EQ. You will have to treat al tanks in EQ and holding tank.

two. in the winter time you will not want to operate EQ with more than 5% Bio. it will gel up in Filters and you will have a mess. 2% works better for us and that is what we use in the winter.

Another thing to look for when purchasing BIO is to make sure you purchase from a company that mixs properly. It must be mixed and aggetated instead of added in holding tank like some will try to do. this will save you alot of down time.
